Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

• Most items will ship via USPS, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Smartpost.
• We ship orders on the following business day from our warehouse in New Jersey.

Return Policies:

• Items returned within 30-days of receipt are eligible for a full refund if it is returned unused with the original tags attached. The full price of the item will be refunded, but shipping will not.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• You must include a copy of your receipt with any return shipment. We will not be able to process your return without it. If you need a new copy of your receipt, email us at info@marquetfairtrade.com.
